Eagle Type II Safety Cans are constructed of galvanized steel and they help to reduce the danger of explosion while pouring flammable liquids out of the can. The liquids pour out through a 12" flexible metal spout which pours accurately and prevents static sparks. The Eagle Type II Safety Can Features: 5 Gallon Capacity 24-gauge, hot dipped Galvanized Steel construction. Double-walled brass flame arrestor in fill and pour spouts. 12" long flexible spout that has a 1" diameter. Very safe, reducing the danger of explosion immensely. Lead-free. Opening with the flexible metal spout for pouring. Opening with a pressure relief, spring-closing lid for filling. 5 gallon capacity. Eagle Type II Safety Gas Cans are FM, UL, and ULC approved and meet OSHA and NFPA Code 30 requirements.Please Note: Picture shows both 5 gallon and 2 gallon gas cans. 2 gallon metal gas can is sold separately.
